Our chicken breading mix is perfect for making American-style fried chicken. It has a flaky and crispy texture; it makes fried chicken wings or strips look bigger and very appealing. The batter mix has a flour-like consistency, and its golden-brown flakes appear when we deep fry the chicken.
The breading stays on the meat even after biting, cutting or tearing off a piece. You can enjoy its crunchiness with every bite.
When you use our Holly Powder breading, you will learn it isn’t starch that connects the meat to the coating. Using marinated chicken, you can save a lot of preparation time and focus on serving your clients.
Our professional-grade batter/breading mix has a flour-like consistency. It is packed into 7kg bags. One pack is sufficient to coat between 15 and 20 kgs of meat (depending on the skill level). Larger size packagings are also available.
