When preparing the chicken, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Use the highest quality meat. Cut them into even strips. Long pieces of meat should weigh between 25g and 30g.

Marinating

Prepare the marinade according to the recommended proportions and put the meat in it. Massage the meat until it has absorbed all of the marinade. Place the marinated meat in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Coating
